THE BUBBLE AND BREW BIKE
Nothing says “celebration” like a chilled glass of Prosecco or favorite brew served directly from The Bubble n Brew Bike. We'll serve Prosecco, Champagne, Wine or flavorful beer to your guests as they arrive and throughout your event from The Bubble n Brew Bike. This is a hand-built cargo trike fully converted to serving a perfectly chilled beverage.

Our Slush Rush Express is a truly unique experience. What could be more welcomed and more refreshing than sipping on a tall, cool, slushy on a hot sultry summer day. Since we offer over two dozen flavors, your guests will have more than two dozen ways to quench their thirst and beat the heat.

RATES
Rates start at $150 per hour, which includes rental of The Bubble n Brew Bike with two taps, a trained attendant, 100 elegant crystal-cut disposable stemware, set-up and lighting, a selection of lanterns to enhance the mood, bunting or flowers to match the theme of your event and liquor liability insurance.
The price does not include the sparkling wine or beer that we'll dispense at your event.
Since we do not have a liquor license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey you must order the beverages separately. We will pickup and drop off the kegs for you.
We will set up at sites within a 25 miles radius of 19083 where BSpoke Beverage Concepts is based. However, outside this area there is an extra charge of $2.50 per mile plus tolls.

We'll help you select the perfect combination of wines and beers to satisfy your thirsty guests.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will be the sole provider of beverages at the event unless previously agreed in writing.
We will supply all equipment, staff and drinks.
Some of our equipment requires a 20 amp dedicated power supply within 100 feet of our setup.
If a generator is required, there the client will be charged the rental fee.
Client will provide sufficient time and access to the venue prior to the start of the event to unload supplies and assemble the required goods and equipment and sufficient time at the conclusion of the event to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicle/s. We allocate 90 minutes for setup and 60 minutes for cleanup.
We will work in a safe and considerate way and operation.
Due to the current laws in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we do not hold a liquor license. Consequently we are only providing you with our unique dispensing service. In order for us to comply with the laws, the client must supply the alcoholic beverages.
By signing the Terms and Conditions form, you are appointing us as your agent to purchase and transport the beverages to your event. In all cases, you are the owner of the beverages.
Creating a memorable experience and the safety of your guests is our first priority. Our attendant may refuse service to anyone who is unable to show proper identification or appears intoxicated.
PARKING
We use a combination of vehicles, their size and number being governed by the size of the event. We must be able to move and park these vehicles close to the venue entry/exit doors for unloading on arrival and reloading at the end of the event. It is therefore essential that no parking restrictions apply that might prevent us from carrying out these activities and that sufficient space is available to enable us to carry out these tasks. Once unloaded, our vehicles can be removed to a suitable parking area, which, for security and convenience of storing/collecting reserve stock, must be close to, and within the boundary of the venue. If suitable and sufficient space is not available and/or we have to park illegally, you will be responsible for payment of any non-endorsable fines.
Please note: Under no circumstances will we park or unload in any area where our vehicle(s) may be towed away, clamped, locked in or where we may be in violation or parking regulations. The decision of our driver(s) shall be final with regard to any issue relating to parking, or vehicle/staff safety. Should any issue arise relating to these matters, our driver(s) will contact you or your appointed event representative in order to discuss suitable alternatives.
For all bookings we will require vehicle access to drop off our equipment no more than 30 feet from the site and have a relatively level site.
